GALLEPIZZAS

Italian

Dip the toast with tomato sauce, add spreadable cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes and bocconcini on it. Take it out of the oven and spread it with some basil leaves. Viva l'Italia!

Hawaiian

Heat Tomato sauce + cream cheese + ham for a few minutes. Finally, add diced pineapple and bake the toasts in the oven for a few more seconds. Ideal for sweet and sour palates.

Hearts of Palm

Spread tomato sauce and mozzarella on the toast and bake it for some minutes. When mozzarella is melted, add the diced hearts of palms and heat them up. Pour in 'golf sauce'.

Pepperoni

Spread the toast with tomato sauce, add cheese and bake it till melted. Add 3 pepperoni slices and heat it for a few more seconds.

Super Ham

Add some mozzarella slices or cream cheese and top the toast with chopped ham (you can also use slices of raw ham) Take it out of the oven and season it with oregano.

PETIT FOURS

Little chocolate and quince jelly toast

Cut a 3 cm circle in the middle of the CARILÓ sweet rice Toasts. Drizzle the chocolate over the toasts. Place them on parchment paper or silicone Silpat and let them dry.
Cut circles of quince jelly up to a diameter smaller than the one made on the rice toasts. Pour a chocolate drop on the toast and put the quince jelly on top. Garnish with chocolate threads.

Small chocolate and 'dulce de leche alfajores'

Cut a 3 cm circle in the middle of the CARILO sweet rice Toasts (4 per toast).
Drizzle the chocolate over the toasts. Place them on parchment paper or silicone Silpat and let them dry.
Pipe dulce de leche onto each toast in a cone shape. Place another melted-chocolate toast on it and dust with impalpable sugar.

Dulce de leche, chocolate and meringue little cone

Cut a 3 cm circle in the middle of the CARILO sweet rice Toasts (4 per toast).
Drizzle the chocolate over the toasts. Place them on parchment paper or silicone Silpat and let them dry.
Pipe dulce de leche onto each toast in a cone shape and finally put a little meringue on top.

Chocolate coins with sprinkles

Cut a 3 cm circle in the middle of the CARILO sweet rice Toasts (4 per toast).
Place them on parchment paper or silicone Silpat and let them dry. Drizzle the chocolate over the toasts.
Before they get completely dry, top all over with sprinkles.

Chocolate and meringue little toasts

Cut the sweet rice CARILO toasts into 5 identical rectangles. Drizzle the glaze over the rectangles.
Place them on parchment paper or silicone Silpat and let them dry. Before they get completely dry, break the little meringues and spread the toasts. Set them aside

Chocolate coins with crispy peanut

Cut a 3 cm circle in the middle of the CARILO sweet rice Toasts (4 per toast). Drizzle the chocolate over the toasts. Place them on parchment paper or silicone Silpat and let them dry. Before they get completely dry, top all over with crispy peanut.
